Hisses to Kisses is a foster-based rescue and can only function with the help of cat loving people like you! We can only TNR as many cats as there are fosters to house them while they are waiting for their surgery. Fosters are also needed to help socialize cats that are more comfortable with humans and have the potential to be lovable house pets. Fosters may also opt to only take in cats that are already socialized and just pending adoption. All fosters are provided with a litter box, litter, food (dry and wet), bedding, and toys for the cat(s), so all you would need to do is provide a place for them to live in and love on them!
